SkylineSourcing provides website design, search engine optimization, AI visibility content, and instant lead follow-up services (the "Core Package") to local service businesses, along with optional add-on services, for a monthly subscription fee.
The Core Package is billed at $297 USD per month. Payment is collected via Stripe and billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis. If Google Business Profile setup is required, a one-time fee of $85 USD applies, billed separately.
The Core Package requires a minimum commitment of 3 months from the date of first payment. This minimum term exists to allow sufficient time for search engine optimization and website performance to take effect. After the 3-month minimum term has been completed, the client may cancel at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@skylinesourcing.ca. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
The client agrees to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any necessary access (such as domain or Google Business Profile access) required for SkylineSourcing to deliver the services described above.
While SkylineSourcing uses industry-standard practices for search engine optimization and online visibility, search engine rankings are determined by third parties (including Google) and are not guaranteed. SkylineSourcing does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.
SkylineSourcing's total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. SkylineSourcing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
SkylineSourcing may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
