Services
SkylineSourcing provides website design and development, search engine optimization and local ranking services, and managed email and LinkedIn outreach. The specific scope, deliverables, schedule, channels, and responsibilities for each engagement are set out in the applicable Service Agreement.
Fees and Payment
Fees, payment schedules, billing methods, and any applicable taxes are set out in the client’s Service Agreement or invoice. The client agrees to pay all amounts when due under those terms.
Minimum Term
An initial six-month minimum engagement applies only to email and LinkedIn outreach services unless the applicable Service Agreement states otherwise. Website design and SEO services are governed by the scope, term, and cancellation provisions in their applicable Service Agreement; this outreach minimum does not apply to those services.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@skylinesourcing.ca. Cancellation takes effect according to the notice period, minimum engagement (where applicable to outreach), and other termination terms in the applicable Service Agreement. Fees already paid or incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in that agreement.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, access to agreed accounts or systems, and reasonable cooperation required for SkylineSourcing to deliver services. The client is responsible for ensuring its claims, offers, content, contact data, and instructions are accurate and lawful, and for reviewing and approving materials before publication or use.
No Guarantee of Results
SkylineSourcing uses commercially reasonable practices to deliver the agreed services. Website performance, search visibility, rankings, enquiries, replies, meetings, clients, and revenue depend on factors outside SkylineSourcing’s control, including market conditions, the client’s offer, competition, platform policies, search algorithms, technical infrastructure, and the client’s sales process. SkylineSourcing does not guarantee specific results unless expressly stated in the applicable Service Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
SkylineSourcing’s total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. SkylineSourcing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
SkylineSourcing may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
